We help people in Seattle & South King County learn the digital skills they need to thrive in today's world. Whether you're a senior learning to video call your grandkids, a parent navigating school portals, or someone applying for services online—we're here to help, one-on-one, with patience and respect.
All our programs are completely free. No payment required. We're here to help you access the resources and support you need in Federal Way.
We offer free digital literacy classes and one-on-one navigation support. You'll learn how to use email, video calls, online forms, job search platforms, telehealth services, and school portals. We work in libraries, community centers, and our offices throughout Seattle & South King County. No tech experience needed—we start where you are.
This program is open to anyone in Seattle & South King County who needs help with digital skills. We especially work with seniors, parents, job seekers, and people who speak languages other than English. All services are free.
